The event was graced by the presence of distinguished leaders from Thuongmai University, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huu Duc – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Viet – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the University; Assoc. During the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Lan – Head of the Human Resources Department, formally announced the appointment decisions. Specifically: Dr. Ta Thi Ngoc Bich was appointed Vice Dean of the Faculty of Chinese Language, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Vinh was designated as Head of the Department of Hotel and Tourism Service Management.
