Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huu Duc – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Viet – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Nhuan – Vice Rector; Assoc. At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Lan – Head of the Personnel and Organization Department, under the authorization of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University, announced the management assignment decisions for university staff, specifically:

On behalf of the Party Committee and the University’s Board of Management, Assoc. He expressed his hope that they would continue to strive for the common development of Thuongmai University, and expressed confidence that, in their new positions, they would work with unity and dedication to successfully accomplish their assigned duties, contributing to the sustainable growth and development of the University..
