At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thu Quynh – Secretary of the University Council, on behalf of Assoc. Prof., Dr. Bui Huu Duc – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council, announced the Council’s Resolutions regarding the establishment and reorganization of units. Newly established units include: the Institute of International Business and Logistics; Center for Corporate Relations and Employment; Management Board of Student Dormitories and Health Services; Training and Business Consulting Center under the Institute of Business Administration; Training and Tourism Human Resource Development Center under the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism; the Department of Human Resource Strategy & Policy and the Department of Performance Management & Talent Development under the Faculty of Human Resource Management; Human Resource Training and Consulting Center under the Faculty of Human Resource Management; Commercial Chinese Language Training and Application Center under the Faculty of Chinese Language; and the Department of Commercial Chinese Language under the Faculty of Chinese Language. The Legal & Inspection Office was renamed the Legal & Internal Audit Office with adjusted functions and responsibilities.

At the same event, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Mai Thanh Lan – Head of the Personnel Organization Department, on behalf of Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Hoang – Rector and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, announced the appointment decisions and task assignments for managerial staff.
