At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thu Quynh – Secretary of University Council announced Resolution No.31/NQ-HDT of the University Council on dissolving Committee of Project Research and Development, Institute of International Cooperation; Resolution No.32/NQ-HDT of University Council on dividing Board of Training Management, Communication and Admission, Institute of International Training.
 

At the ceremony, A/Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Lan – Head of Department of Personnel announced Decision No. 1422/QD-DHTM on changing Institute of International Cooperation to Institute of International Training; Decision No.1424/QD-DHTM on transferring Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, lecturer at Department of History of Communist Party of Vietnam, Faculty of Political Theory to Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Political Theory; Decision No.1425/QD-DHTM on transferring Mrs. Do Thi Phuong Hoa, lecturer at Department of History of Communist Party of Vietnam, Faculty of Political Theory to Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Political Theory; Decision No.1426/QD-DHTM on assigning Nguyen Thi Thuy Hanh, M.A., main lecturer at Department of English Linguistics, Faculty of English the tasks of Deputy Head of Department of English Linguistics, Faculty of English; Decision No.1433/QD-DHTM on assigning Kim Hoang Giang, M.A., Vice Director of Institute of International Training the title of Head of Board of Communication and Admission, Institute of International Training; Decision No.1434/QD-DHTM on changing the title of Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, M.A., Institute of International Training from Head of Board of Training Management, Communication and Admission to Head of Board of Training Management, Institute of International Training; Decision No.1435/QD-DHTM on the personnel of Board of Training Management, Institute of International Training; Decision No.1437/QD-DHTM on transferring Dr.Dinh Thi Phuong Anh, Institute of International Training to Department of External Affairs and Communication with the tasks of Deputy Head; Decision 1438/QD-DHTM on transferring Mrs. Duong Nguyen Thanh Thuy, officer of Institute of International Training to Department of External Affairs and Communication; Decision No.1455/QD-DHTM on transferring Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thanh, lecturer of Department of French to Board of Training Management, Institute of International Training.
