Representing Thuongmai University at the ceremony were Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Hoang – Rector; Assoc. Prof., Dr. Ha Van Su – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Thi Minh Nhan – Head of the Office of Science Management and International Relations; and Dr. Dinh Thi Phuong Anh – Deputy Head of the Office of Science Management and International Relations.
