Attending the ceremony, there were A/Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hoàng Long – Member of the university’s Communist Party’s Executive Committee, Deputy Rector; A/Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Thị Phương Liên – Rector of Department of Graduate education, representatives of Departments of External Affairs and Communication, Training Administration, Facility Management, and General Affairs; the lecturers teaching and tutoring post-graduate and master students, and 32A post-graduate students and 25A master students.
